These General Conditions establish, together with the other terms and conditions, the legal framework that will regulate the reservation and, where appropriate, subsequent contracting of services consisting of Sale of vehicle, made through the website https://www. The purpose of these contracting conditions is to regulate the contractual terms for the reservation of the designated VEHICLE through the web, as well as the corresponding deposit payment to be made by the Client to the Company, as well as the conditions for the return of said deposit.
The Company makes available to the addressee, before initiating the contracting procedure and by means of techniques appropriate to the means of communication used, in a permanent, easy and free way, clear, understandable and unequivocal information on the following points:
- The various steps to be followed in order to accept the present general contracting conditions.
- Electronic file of the present general contracting conditions, being accessible at all times.
- The technical means necessary to be able to identify the CLIENT and, if necessary, correct errors.
- Languages in which the present general contracting conditions are formalized.
- Prior to the start of the contracting procedure the company makes available to the customer the general conditions so that they can be stored and reproduced by the customer.
- Likewise, the on-line contracting of the services offered by the company through this website will be subject to the provisions of the legal notice and / or legal notice of the website.
- The present General Conditions have been elaborated in accordance with the following legal regulations:

When the USER indicates his data as requested in the Web, the USER acquires the condition of CLIENT, so he shows his express consent to the treatment of his personal data which will be incorporated to our database, being used exclusively to process the reservation of the vehicle during the selected period, being able the company in case of not arriving to a good end this Reservation to inform the USER in his case, other vehicles that could be of interest to him.
The company reserves the right to unilaterally modify these General Conditions, without affecting the purpose of the service.
IDENTITY OF THE SELLER
The company offering the vehicles booked by the USER, is AMM S.XXI SL, being identified its Web www.autosdominguez.es, and duly registered.
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACTING CONDITIONS.
The purpose of the present contracting conditions is to establish the conditions for the reservation, payment and/or return of the deposit for the different vehicles offered on the aforementioned WEBSITE, which will be materialized when the USER accepts and clicks on the section ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS contained on the WEBSITE.
The prices of the vehicles subject to reservation contained in the Web are approximate at the date of the reservation made and validated, however the final price is subject to the Sales Policy of the company offering the vehicle - financing of the vehicle.
Reservations may not be made by persons under 18 years of age, and any reservation made will be null and void.
HOW TO MAKE AND DEADLINES FOR ONLINE RESERVATIONS
- THE RESERVATIONS ON LINE WILL BE FOR A LIMITED TIME OF 24H SINCE THE PAYMENT OF THE SAME ONE IS VERIFIED, THIS TERM WILL BE EXTENDED ON SATURDAY THAT WILL BE OF 48H WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LOCAL, REGIONAL AND STATE FESTIVITY. DURING THE ESTABLISHED TERM ONE OF OUR SALES ADVISERS WILL CONTACT YOU BY ANY OF THE MEANS THAT YOU HAVE INDICATED US BY PHONE, EMAIL OR WHATSAPP.
- THE FINAL PRICE OF THE VEHICLE -INCLUDING VAT- ONCE THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE WILL BE CONDITIONED ONCE THE SALES ADVISOR HAS CONTACTED YOU, TO THE SALES POLICY OF THE OFFERING ENTITY REGARDING THE POSSIBILITY OF VALUATION OF THE USER'S VEHICLE, FINANCING, PAYMENT OF THE USER'S VEHICLE AS PART OF THE PRICE. IF AFTER THE RESERVATION PERIOD THE VEHICLE IS NOT PURCHASED BECAUSE ANY OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET, THE RESERVATION OF 500 € WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 24 HOURS.
- DURING THE TIME OF OPENING TO THE PUBLIC OF THE FACILITIES OF THE CONCESSIONAIRE OR IF COMMUNICATIONS WERE CARRIED VIA TELEPHONE DURING THESE HOURS TO THE PUBLIC, THE ONLINE RESERVATIONS WILL NOT HAVE PREFERENCE OVER THOSE AND MAY BE CANCELED WITH THE RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OBJECT OF THE SAME.
- THE DEPOSITED AMOUNT OBJECT OF RESERVATION ONLINE ONCE THE MAXIMUM TERM OF THE SAME HAS ELAPSED -24/48H ACCORDING TO THE DAY OF REALIZATION OF THE RESERVATION- WILL BE RETURNED TO THE C/C THAT THE USER DESIGNATES IN MAXIMUM TERM OF 24 HOURS.

The price and payment of the reservation will be in Euro currency.
For payment with Visa and Mastercard credit cards, the client must have activated the payment through CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). FORM OF ACCESS TO THE WEB PAGE

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND / OR CANCELLATION
The USER will have the right to the refund of the amount of the reservation requesting it directly to the company offering the service, for which the company offering the service will refund the reservation within a maximum period of 24 HOURS FROM YOUR REQUEST FOR REFUND.

The reservation of the vehicle by the USER, WILL NOT entail the loss of the deposit of 500 ¤ in case of request of return by the USER or the expiration of the stipulated period of validity of the reservation; being returned according to the period indicated by the company offering the vehicle.
The reservation made, is understood to be held in the locality of the registered office and / or establishment of the company, consequently the parties expressly agreeing in case of disagreement to be the Courts of Malaga Capital competent in the territorial scope for their knowledge.
LIABILITY REGIME
The company offering the service cannot be held responsible for problems and incidents that may arise from lack of access, telephone coverage and/or connectivity data to the Internet and networks/operators on which it depends due to causes beyond its control or due to force majeure that could not be foreseen or that, even if foreseeable by the company offering the service, all reasonable means have been taken to reduce or avoid them.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE WEBSITE
The offering company reserves the right to make unannounced changes it deems appropriate and necessary in its WEB www.autosdominguez.es, not affecting those reservations made prior to such modification.

The present General Conditions and Particular Conditions in its case, will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly regulated.
The parties expressly agree to submit any dispute arising from these Conditions of Reservation to the imperative of the Law, establishing as Territorial Jurisdiction that of the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga Capital.
